Conference capacity

The conference capacity for oral presentations is around 80-145 depending on the length of presentations, length of sessions and number of parallel rooms used. We are working on having 4 parallel rooms for each session and 20 minute blocks per presentation. This gives a capacity of 88 presentations. Should the number of papers meeting the presentation standard require us to make more room for presentations we can accommodate up to 145 separate presentations.

We are currently working on the number of posters we can host. We are keen to ensure the presence of posters enables a meaningful opportunity to communicate your work and connect to a good range of delegates.

The keynote/plenary sessions can accommodate 140 seated attendees, with the parallel sessions either ~160 or ~200 per parallel session depending on whether we run 4 or 5 rooms in parallel. Workshop capacities will vary.
